Position 1: Warehouse Managers

Location: Across different locations in India

Brief Description: Management of warehouse operations including recording and reporting of incoming, outgoing stock, following defined processes in warehouse operations, ensuring compliance to fumigation and quality norms, coordinating with Head office for reporting compliance to systems and updating stock movement.

 

Position 2 : Area Business Managers

Location: Across North, West and South India

Brief Description: Identify business development opportunities within existing infrastructure in the area assigned. Develop new opportunities for business development, location-wise/client-wise. Scale up the business across the area assigned. Provide leads if any for other areas to Head-BD. Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth fulfillment of client business in the area.

 

Position 3 : Area Manager Operations

Location: Across North, West and South India

Brief Description: Ensure smooth operations across all locations in the Area assigned. Coordinate with operations team members across assigned warehouses. Provide warehouse capacity utilization feedback to improve area’s performance. Ensure compliance to various periodic operational initiatives like fumigation. Ensure smooth capture and availability of operational data for inward, outward and storage. Coordinate with audit and quality team to make available required data. Coordinate with BD team, through Head-Operations, to ensure smooth fulfillment of client business. Monitor warehouse capacity utilization periodically, and ensure optimum utilization

 

Position 4 : Audit Inspectors

Location: New Delhi

Brief Description: Conduct inspections at Warehouses as directed by the Manager Audit. Report deviations if any and resolve them instatnly in coordination with the Head office team. Audit MIS, documentation and physical stock on regular basis to  ensure compliance to processes.
